Does your mind feel different after a meditation for positivity?

The notion of looking for the positive, it’s what I need for my mind

It always feels a lot more calmer like I want to rest

Need to do this more often

Entered with an open mind, sat alone in bed and it made a complete difference to my thoughts from the start compared to the end.

Started smiling loads and then starting giggling

Yes. I was worried about some BS life stuff and was able to relax a bit

Yes, a little less negative critic in my head

It actually brought up a lot of tension in my legs and hands almost as if my body was agitated

Felt better actually

Mind feels clearer

Feel more calm and at ease

Really relaxed, like I’ve taken an antidepressant

The breath work was helpful. I tend to go about my day being tense and in fight or flight. This was a nice shift.
