Does your mind feel different after a meditation for positivity?

I felt a bit stressed because i was trying hard but i felt I wasn’t as relaxed as i should be

I did feel a bit distracted and anxious tonight in general. But I’m glad I did an exercise

This session went a lot better for me and I feel relaxed in my body.

The slightly longer session made my wander minder a little but feel very positive for it

No difference. Sometimes meditation helps but sometimes it doesn’t.
