Does your mind feel different after a meditation for positivity?

It feels lighter. I was able to cast aside some negative thoughts.

I’m able to focus on what I’m excited about more and what I’m nervous about less.

More calm, and going to look for the positive today.

I felt more relaxed. Some of the negative thoughts I had before went away.

Didn’t notice a difference. I’m not sure about the whole checking in with my mind, as my mind is then busy trying to look for something, so it’s previous state is no longer relevant

I felt the same but was already in a good mood. I did enjoy the practice though

Yes, I’ve never really meditated before and it was quite relaxing. Helped me really get in tune with where I was feeling my breathe and even sensations in my groin, not sexual but just sensations while breathing. Like it would give me full control through practice.

So relaxed I drifted off for a minute

Starting to get more out of the meditation. I have to try to make time for it regularly

Started off with a foggy mind, feeling ‘grey’ and ‘boxed in’, 10 min later, it’s like the spring sun gained some power to drive away the low clouds and some blue skies are appearing. Got up with a smile on my face. First time the impact is this profound. So,…, I think, thank you is in order!

Probably one of the best meditations I have ever had. I went in with a few things on my mind that I do struggle with and I did really flip the script, which totally changed my mind set on this topic and I feel free.

After a week or so of regularly meditating, I notice how quickly I can get my mind to blank. There were some distractors around me so I wasn’t focused for my whole 10 minutes, but I stayed at attention for a very long time, and let go of any wild thoughts I had

Relaxed and positive. Focused on the joy because I know how fortunate I am for some things. Mind was racing a bit throughout but I feel like I’m getting somewhere and used some of the monkey mind techniques to make it work

It’s helped to reduce racing thoughts and muscular tension. It’s definitely an improvement

The guide speaks too much IMO. Hard to meditate when someone’s speaking constantly.

I was in a rather grumpy mood for most of the day but this has surprisingly shifted me out of it in only 5 minutes
