This is great. Last time I did it, I had such a lovely day the next day.

Meditation has been THE BIGGEST game changer for my mental ED. Knowing that these are all thoughts that are stopping g us makes it easier to note them and get over them. Nothing truly is making us get into fight or flight but our own thoughts men. Control them, control your body. Love you all.
I used to meditate all the time, but life got in the way and stopped it for a moment.
So glad to be back at it, and ready to keep it in my life no matter what.
In short: yes. There isnβt one specific reason for it but I feel more positive overall.
