What’s your goal for this breathwork session?

I will become mentally free and break my cycle of self doubt and anxiety

I will be clear minded and be present in the moment to enjoy myself

I will Feel more focussed on the important things and help get a handle on anxiety

I will manage my breath and control my anxiety

Feel more focused

I will feel more centred and grounded

I am going to see what it does

I am going to see if I can take this a step further

I will feel better and more focused after circle breath

I will gain another tool I can use to move my life forward from this exercise

Another option I could use to make me not anxious when it comes time to have sex

i will deal through performance anxiety
