What do you think about pelvic floor exercises?

Very interesting, I never really noticed how much movement happens down there when activating it, definite recommend doing it in front of a mirror. The stretches felt good too.

I notice when I cum, it isn’t very forceful. I’m looking forward to practicing more so I can improve the intensity of my cum.

I normally do a 15 minute yoga stretch every morning which includes some of these. But tomorrow I’ll start focusing on this. We’ll see if there is some change in the next months

I’ve done Kegels before but the pulses were new! Interesting but tiring.

I’ve been doing Kegels for a long time and feel confident in that muscle strength. However, the reverse Kegels were really hard to do. It was really tough to identify where to push and how to breathe during them. I’ll need to experiment doing them next time I pee to try and identify the sensation I’m aiming for.

Honestly, I’m still not sure if I’m doing it right… :thinking:

I kind of done them off and on, before in the past. I think the reverse kegel is a bit easier for me versus the regular or just kegel.

Perhaps that’s a sign on it’s own, that I am imbalanced as well. I do agree with other post on here that I wish the stretch videos were a little longer. I feel like I am pretty flexible but I am not sure if I am feeling enough in my pelvic floor versus just my glutes and etc.

I used to go to the gym quite a bit and squat a lot, and also used to squat a lot for my old stocking job. So I didn’t think I would be classified as weak… but I have had a sedentary job for a while so maybe it has atrophied or something.

Also I did notice my breathing would be a lot more shallow with the regular kegels, so perhaps there is something there as well.

I like them. I know that when I could really hold off on cumming, the sensation came from there. I used to treat it like a gun trigger, I could hold off on cumming until I pulled the trigger. I’ve definitely lost that control there and with it a lot of my confidence, but I do feel that this will help. Along with the breathing!

I’ve tried them before but didn’t notice any EQ improvement. But… I didn’t do them for MONTHS, maybe a couple weeks. Easy enough to commit to a few months if I make them part of my routine.

It’s really hard to tell if I’m doing them right. There are a number of different muscles down there and the descriptions are vague as to being sure I’m targeting the right muscles.
