It’s evident I have an overactive pelvic floor. I tried reverse kegels a few times, but I can’t seem to notice any bulging of the pelvic floor. I can sort of imagine it expanding, but I’m unsure it does. I read a lot of guys struggle with this and wonder what made the difference for you guys struggling as well and now doing it correctly. Thanks!
Good question, I’m going through the same thing. Look forward to hearing from others experiences
I didn’t feel anything. I also really hated all the reading with no visual explaining of it. Even a computer generated image showing this exercise would help.
Maybe a silly question but how do you know you have an overactive pelvis floor or what does that look like for you what are the symptoms? I only asked because I think I overworked mine when I first started the exercises and at first I think it might’ve made my problem worse. But now a couple months and I think it is helping if that makes sense. As far as reverse kegels I have no idea lol.
Agreed
It’s like a tight feeling of the pelvic floor. I noticed it because I had issues with peeing. It’s probably stress induced where I clench it, like holding back your pee, during the day, but also during sex. My doctor actually checked and confirmed it’s hypertonic.
We trap energy in our pelvic floor and genitals as a result of early years experiences and that shows up as tension or numbness. I recommend a soft dearmpurjng session, or the Gaia Method retreat I went to a few weeks back. Massive releases and so much more flow.
Hey thanks for this feedback, we’re adding some visualisations in 2 weeks!
