Did I do reverse kegels wrong?

I’ve been on the program for 10 days straight now and today’s “to-do” list was just doing the pelvic floor exercises. I figured I had some more time to kill so I decided to do the reverse kegels exercise.

Had to remember how to do it for a second but once I did I got my timer going and did my first set. I usually have been feeling warmth or even pleasure during this exercise here and there. But by the end of the 2nd set I started to realize how much pleasure I was getting out of it, even holding it for a few seconds longer on the last rep.

3rd set came and I felt pleasure for pretty much the entire time. By the time I was on my 9th I told myself I’m gonna see how far I can hold it for my last rep.
During the last rep I found myself just holding it and enjoying it more and more. I started doing the desensitizing exercises where you start feeling around yourself. Like you chest neck all that. And eventually I ended up laying down and after holding my last rep for nearly 3 mins, I busted.

This is the first time I didn’t use my hand on my own to get to climax. However, I don’t know if I was even doing it right if this is where I ended up with the exercises? anyone have any similar experiences ? Am I doing the reverse kegels right? Also Little on the fence bc it was also barely 3 mins hold but I felt no mental pressure at all so doubt that was a mental game but idk.

Reverse kegel is the one where it feels like yojr pushing out a fart - I’ve only had to do that exercise a few times since doing the exercise - the app has mainly asked me to do kegels thus far & I’m on my 15th day in

Never mastered the reverse kegel. I do get some pleasure from the regular kegel. Sounds like you’re doing it right to me. Keep at it matey. Maybe I’ll have to revisit.

Yeah, same here, usually have just gotten kegels. I just decided to go reverse kegels on my own using the resources tab since I had a little bit more free time
