I feel relaxed and calm.

I feel relaxed and calm. My anxiety has dropped and I feel content

Weirdly enough I was more relaxed before this.

First time trying this. Dealing with my anxiety and HBP all my life. I’ve always tried such techniques that involves breathing and until now. I’ve never approached it with an open mind. Now I’m older and the effects are showing up and seems to be worse than it should be. So starting today I will give it my best and stay dedicated including open mind

After a few days I will give a better and in more detail of what I feel along with intel about what I really think about such techniques and share so anything I have done will help anyone else.
