I just hope that i stay in present with controlled thoughts.
I struggle to do it for even three days in a row…
I’m doing it everyday for a bit more than a year now and even tough it s kind of annoying sometimes (giving 15min per day to just meditate) , I got to say this is has been really helpful to me. It makes me manage my emotion in a better way and it also makes me see life and whatever can happen to me with more peace.
Mediation, especially Vipassana meditation, has helped me get out of my head and into my body.

I only tried the body scan meditation for a while in order to fall asleep faster. That worked to some extend to shut down my mind. I am hoping that meditation will help me solve sex issues (delayed ejuculation) and my career.

I have tried meditation on and off for 10 years or so. It does work to help calm and focus me, but in more recent years I have had a hard time sitting still long enough or quieting my mind to be successful

I’ve worked with meditation for over half a year now. It’s helped me to relax and become more calm. I hadn’t thought of the connection between meditation and erections before, but now that I know this, it’s even more of an incentive to practice.
