How would you describe the sensation of a Reverse Kegel?

Pushing out a fart

Trying to poop/flexing abs

Actually visualizing the pelvic floor drop connected my body and brain and made it easier

Visualizing the drop on inhalation was important. It seems like the reverse of most exercises where movement is on exhalation

Feels like pushing , use the bathroom first

The big belly breath was important to get the pushing feeling underway :slight_smile:

Spot between butthole and balls

Definitely lean into the push as you fill your belly with air.

Laying on your side definitely made it easier to isolate the muscle group.

I was trying it on the exhale but wayyy better with an inhale.

Inhale deep, HOLD, then push

I visualise a tube of air going down then up

The reverse kegels feel real. I want to keep doing them to have better control
