I’ve been farting my whole life, so I think I got the hang of this one.

Shaky when trying to extend the kegel for multiple seconds. Was more obvious to me when lying on my side.

Found myself holding my breath when pushing downwards

Great explanations using anatomy! It really helps me understanding this a lot quicker than when I was doing these modules about a year ago. Also the deep breathing helps too.

I’ve been doing kegels for a while, but not reverse kegels. I’m hoping this works or helps somehow.
