It was relaxing

It was nice, it felt very relaxed and focused and centered towards the end, I definitely want to try a longer meditation session

it was really good. i did 15 minutes and i was afraid it might be too long but they flew by quite easily. i’d love to keep doing it

Breathing exercises have been a game changer. Faster than a nap but just as rejuvenating
