Sounds like you’re going through a lot. I know I’m just an internet stranger, but I want you to know you’re loved and supported. We’re all messed up, but taking a few minutes each day, with this app or anything else, to just make yourself 1% better is making you into an astronomically admirable person. It was really good I feel relaxed

I did it laying down and felt great, I relaxed really well, started day dreaming and a little sleepy! It’s great way to calm down for me!

Here’s an exercise I can get behind. It is calming and relaxing. My mind wanders all over the place all the time, so this one is very good for me.

This was great, I find the guided meditation very helpful. Now I just need to get a woman to see the difference
