This was good. I found it hard to speak the words hear and now while trying to breath, so I just played them in my mind
I did 15 mins and found it definitely relaxed me. Im going to try it when masturbating to see if it makes a difference
Really relaxed when he said let everything go then started to cry then heard something weird and was scared to death. I could feel it in my fingertips then naturally went to the hear and now breathing. Pretty scary and I’m obviously messed up!
