How do you feel after meditation?

I feel I need more work allowing myself to relax but I can see with practice this could help alot

I feel so relaxed and light and zen

Abit sleepy but relaxed though

I really enjoy breathing

Meditation just makes me fall asleep. Does that mean I’m relaxed enough?

I find my mind still wanders quite a bit. I’ve practiced meditation in the past and know eventually you can control the mind from wondering. Just takes practice.

Relaxed. Skeptical it can really help me overcome the anxiety
