Super relaxed and clear
It felt like a weight lifted off my shoulders…. I feel like it reawakened things that should be natural, for example, straightening my posture. Focusing on breathing and trying to relax my whole body helped me remember where certain injuries are, and how I have been compensating them, and how to sit properly to mitigate and repair the issue, to a pinpoint.
It was nice to be able to clear my mind and focus solely on me and my breathing. Like my mind got a clean out and reset. Excited to keep training.
