Does your mind feel different after a meditation for positivity?

Despite distractions I do feel a bit more at peace.

I feel more calm but it was difficult keeping a straight back while also trying to stay relaxed. It kept me from staying focused on my breathing as my back began to hurt

I didn’t notice much, but I was only trying 5 mins so I’ll try longer next time. I also find the narration too intrusive: a lot of instruction which meant it was hard to focus on the breathing and mantra

More calm. Did this before I went on a date

I like this exercise and will use it regularly, especially with a smile to help. I like the suggestion to think joyous thoughts. I struggle to stay awake though, and often start to dream.

I think it really does help. I’ve tried meditation before but this is a good reminder to do it regularly.

Noticed my purposeful smile becoming bigger on its own. Definitely more relaxed. Was still hard to focus my mind, but I will stick with it.

A little more relaxed, hard to not wonder off but focusing on your breath helps

Really like the intention of staying positive. It’s not a one fix thing but its definitely a good guide for a better day

Feel like keep wandering

I’ll try for longer next time.

Didn’t keep my eyes closed but even doing the exercise like this I still felt something. Will do it properly next time

Felt like it quietened my mind and I still felt like smiling after finishing it, it just felt good to

I felt my mind wandering by was able to bring it back, I hope the more I do this I can relax more
