I enjoyed this. Always wanted to get serious about meditation. Having it guided is helpful.

Having a smile can make a massive difference to how you’re feeling
Along with saying joy and peace in my head, I pictured my girlfriend smiling and joyful and also being at peace with her in bed with her in my arms.
I don’t so much feel joy, but I feel more peace and that’s a great thing.
Idk if this worked for me. I feel a bit better and less sad. But my heartbeat got a bit loud. It’s like my body doesn’t want to relax
