I’m in the same boat especially since I have a partner that was to bottom and have penetrative sex. I think it’s a lot about expectations and then worrying it will continue to happen. Try to get out of your head and into your body with breathing. I’m working on it too so hope you find something in here that helps

similar mate. i’m almost sure it’s 100% psychological for me, as i get hard very easily, but the moment I start to roll the condom on i go soft. working through my anxiety with this app, and trying to be kinder to myself (and my dick). we’ll work this out!
