I get hard while building up but when I get on top it goes down and my sex drive doesn’t feel as high what can I do ?

I also went through this when I was with my previous long term partner. It eventually became a self fulfilling prophecy since the stress of potentially losing the erection and worsening the experience led me into fight or flight which typically only made things worse

I handled it before few months for about 4-5 months somehow. Every Time i start it was a bit confusing but with the right mindset its doable. One think i noticed is i shouldn’t start before i feel the erection really strong. Hurrying kills the vibe. The other thing is you not think about the outcome and only for little parts of the process. For example instead rushing into straight sex, you could try think about just entering her and see how it feels, hold it for a moment inside, then slowly start to move a bit then stop again. That worked for me and aim working on it again, just at the moment inner critic has taken over and the adrenaline rush just makes it impossible.

This happened to me with a new girl I was seeing. Everything going well in relationship and then boom, couldn’t stay hard when I got onto. Still working in this but I feel you all
