Getting incredibly frustrated! I can always get an erection when I’m by myself but during foreplay it just never happens. There’s nothing worse than when a girl goes to grab my penis when we’re in bed and it’s soft. As soon as I receive oral it will get erect but that’s not the point. Just really struggling to get aroused before oral. Sometimes even after receiving oral it will go limp again.

We’re in the same boat mate! It’s good to know we’re not alone in feeling this and that it is actually quite normal. Just keep being consistent with the program and I’m sure we’ll see results like many others in our situation

It’s just in your head. Don’t worry, with some practice, you can get rid of it. Do meditation, sensation focus, improve your fantasy, etc…the best if you can discuss it with your partner and do the sensation focus exercises together.

Exact same situation since basically the first experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been fixing it with medication but looking forward to fixing it mentally.
