Same issue. I like giving oral, and my partner wants me inside right away but I go soft while I’m doing it (even before I had ED issues this would usually happen). You could try 69 position so she’s giving you a BJ or HJ while you’re giving her oral. Could also stimulate yourself with your hand while giving her oral so you keep it up.
