The reverse was new for me and took some getting use to. Im looking forward to seeing what sticking to the practice will do! Assuming it won’t just happen over night
A bit tricky to do initially but getting the hang of it after the guided pulse
I’ve done these before, a few years ago, but I haven’t done them recently. It’s good to know I was on the right track previously, and it feels good to be doing them again.

I’ve heard of these exercises before but I always forget about doing them. So, I’m going to make a rule that I will do these exercises every time I brush my teeth, no exceptions. That might keep me consistent (and maybe improve my dental hygiene)
I’m still not sure if I have weak or strong pelvic muscles. I guess I’ll try the exercises and see, but I’m worried about strengthening something that’s already too strong
This app needs to learn about habit forming and break it up into reasonable chunks.
If you think it’s necessary to do them every day make it easier to find them rather than have to look through the whole chapter
I’ve done a kegel program before, for six months. Both regular kegels and reverse kegels. Unfortunately it did not improve my condition. But I’m going to follow this program and see if it helps. I’m not going to give up on my friend
It’s still quite difficult to tell if the muscles are tight. I didn’t feel much stretch during the stretches, but I wasn’t able to find much of the movement from the test in the video. I feel the floor lower plenty during deep breathing, so maybe that’s what she was getting at
I’m very stiff in the hips & glutes. Hopefully this release will help my ed also
