What did you learn about your inner coach?

At times it’s hard to listen to only my coach. It feels like it’s a glob of the two streams of thought in my head at once, but I hope to fine tune my coach to be overpowering and to be able to take control by drowning out my critic

My inner coach is someone who is compassionate and strong and stable. His voice is calming a firm. I think fine-tuning my inner coaches voice will definitely help with neutralizing and reassuring my inner critic

Still trying to figure out my inner critic sometimes I know what it’s going to say sometimes it’s hard to pin point but working on my inner coach should help me with this

My inner Coach is blindly optimistic, a little untrained compared to my critic. The positive phrases I have from him are hackneyed and overused. My critic, however, remembers everything and is eloquent. David vs Goliath.

My inner coach can help squash moments of self doubt

I will remind myself that the inner coach speaks with facts and accomplishments and the inner critic is just asking questions to try and get me to doubt myself so I should just listen to my inner coach. It’s easier said than done of course but we have to think differently to get a different results

Although both my inner critic and coach speak from experience, my coach is someone I admire and someone I want to follow. I’d rather listen to my coach then the critic
