I think I have two issues that I’m working on that may be same as you.
Last 1 of Marist was sexless. I went solo with porn a lot. I ended up with a deathgrip and am reliant on porn for stimulation.
I’m now with a wonderful woman for last 10 months.
To combat these I’ve cut porn and solo down to 1-2x week. I’ve tried to use my memory or imagination to visualize sexy moments we’ve shared. I’ve also started doing self sensate ext. I’m going to ask her to join me soon. I also loosened my grip and am using a good lube to go solo. (Woo coconut is great!)
