Hi all? I’m 23 and have been in a relationship for 10 months and I haven’t been able to finish, ever. I feel like in the moment, I just keep thinking about how I’m not gonna be able to finish, and it’s made this self fulfilling prophecy. I have an amazing girlfriend who is supportive, but I really worry that she may be internalizing this struggle I’m having with myself. I haven’t masturbated that frequently the last few weeks, and never watch porn, but maybe deathgrip from the past may have something to do with it? This app has helped me recontextualize my problem, but are there any other tips people have?

Hey - are You able to finish by yourself, when masturbating ? Do You feel like there isn’t enough pressure on your penis when you’re having sex ? I had similar things in the past and what helped me was going on the active side and trying our different speeds and playing around with inserting just the tip of the penis as this is the most sensitive part of it ( it also works on the girl, as she’ll be asking for the whole thing) and then alternating with the whole range of motion. I am able to finish when I masturbate, but has recently taken longer than usual. I think this may also be because I’m in my head about it. But thank you for the tip (lol)! I will try this next time as well!
