Don’t get caught up in the idea that there’s a magic bullet out there, like quitting porn or abstaining from masturbating is going to “cure” you. Because if you think that and then it doesn’t work, you will just feel like a bigger failure.
I used to (and still occasionally do) have problems cumming while my partner is sucking my cock.
