Is anyone else just struggling to keep to the app? I kinda lost faith in the process but I really want to get better

Hey man just trust the process, from those two sentences you wrote I can alreatdy say that you are way too much in your head about this problem. It takes time to make a change in your brain and there is a lot of great content about it in this app… check out some therapy sessions, spectatoring and similar topics… I believe it might really help you a lot. Even the exercises are great way to make your brain believe that you are OK. At the end of the day it is all about your head and doubts… once you solve that everything will be much easier… try to force yourself to stick to the app for a fes weeks and you will see results that will motivate you more than anything
