So, what's the plan?

hey all, i just started on this app, but iโ€™m having some motivation issues with getting going.

i was wondering if anyone else (like me) with issues getting hard who has found success/progress with this app could give me some more info on what the treatment plan is? like what kind of activities did the app make you do and whatnot to get over your problems? maybe like a roadmap?

Itโ€™s a mix of education + mental and physical exercises, and you slowly gain โ€œlevelsโ€ as the exercises get more advanced. Honestly only been at it for a couple months and it has been insanely helpful. Recommend just trying to do an exercises every day, the app does a really good job at guiding your progression.
