Struggling with going back to the app

So this may sound like a basic question. But I have paid for the app and all for over 6 months or so now. However, I struggle to motivate myself during the day to log in and try the exercises. When I have these opportunities, I tend to go with something distracting like YouTube or gaming. This is despite me knowing this options are not bringing me to what I want in life which is to be in a relationship (my Ed big barrier). For context I am 33 and never been in a relationship. Most sexual encounters are not great (never once been fully hard). I am curious about what helps people motivate to use exercises regularly and keep on track as I definitely need to re evaluate. Thanks!

It can be difficult to ‘make’ yourself ‘do’ stuff that we know will improve things. It can be for a number of reasons and some of them in our unconscious. It is great you are noticing you are doing this - we call it an ‘interruptive’ process. I think try and get a plan ready for when you next do it, slow things down, have the conversation with yourself. Part of you really wants to change things and part of you might be scared they wont change. You know the answer already if you don’t try. If you can put the home works in your diary - like you would do with meetings. Initially just set aside 5 - 10 mins once a day. Even if you get yourself into a private space where you could do some exercises that will be a step forward - (like putting on your trainers). Have an idea of what you want to start with. Write down a plan for a week, with the times - then just give it a go. Be kind to yourself, but encourage that part of you that wants things to be different - it wont take long. Good luck : )
