I'm not using this app regularly

Guys I’ve been using this app for almost a month now and some exercises feel helpful as well but I haven’t noticed any change in my ED till yet. It might be because I’m not using the app regularly because of my busy e schedule so I just wanted to know is that OK?

One thing I have learned is that even if we are busy it is so important that we still work some time into our day for us for our own well being. It’s easier said than done I know, for years I was running at a fast pace to schedules.

Try to keep up with your exercises like both kegals, sensate etc. even work them into your shower time if that helps. Sensate in the shower is a great way to be present in that moment.

I found I wasn’t getting enough sleep, drinking enough water and eating well when I was really busy. These things also can affect ED more than we may think. Try and look after yourself as much as possible.
Any focus on our wellbeing is better than none.

Keep going. You got this.

It is helpful if you can put the ‘work’ in - I often describe it as getting fit for a 3 mile run - go slowly, really take time to notice what goes on with each exercise - some might be easy some more tricky. You are wanting to get more into your body and out of your head and that does take a bit of practice but it is all possible - Good luck : )
