Turns out I’m a bit daft

I’ve been using this app for about a month now, as I had started having ED issues that I put down to anxiety (I’m a prolific worrier).
The mindfulness stuff we’ve been doing in the app helped me tune in with how my body felt, but I’d had a few weeks where I wasn’t having much luck with the erections, I’d start feeling flustered and panicky when it came to sex, which made it next to impossible to achieve an erection.
I’d noticed when doing one of the meditations that I felt the same way when I was hungry that I do when I get the pre sex panic. I logged what I eat every day for a few days and found that I was undereating by about 800-900 calories a day for the past month or so, and on days where I hadn’t done that were days when I’d had no ED issues.
(I have some body image problems that feed into my performance anxiety)
I’ve adjusted my diet so I’m eating enough to keep a physically active 6 foot adult man alive and hey presto, I’m getting rock had boners again. I’m still doing the exercises here, as I do need to sort my brain out and improve erection quality etc, but I thought it’d be useful to share what I’d worked out.

I think my situation will be similar, from my POV nothing has really changed in my life since getting ED for over a year now. other than maybe a bit more stress from work as I had a bunch of pay rises and a “promotion” of sorts
But I have very irregular eating habits as I take appetite suppressors to try to lose weight but have been taking them for many years as it was means to slowly bring my weight down without like cutting parts of my organs off
