Adopting the mindset of being selfish in the bedroom and having sex like no one was watching me has helped me tremendously. Say fuck it and disregard all of the feelings of doubt about yourself. Whether it be how you look, how big you are or whether you’re pleasing them.
And I’m not saying keep this mindset in every sexual situation. Use this mindset until you are comfortable with that person and don’t have to worry about your erections anymore. What’s hotter, you being in your head while you have sex or just truly embracing who you are while you have sex? Ultimately sex is for procreation, we’re just lucky that it’s pleasurable too. So indulge and enjoy what is you’re right.
