Should I even do kegals!?

I have PE. I was on a Reddit deep- dive about PE and so many threads were telling me that normal kegals is BAD for men and actually have a negative effect. Many people said the true solution is reverse kegals and a lot of weighted stretching. I just wanted to ask you guys because obviously kegals is a recommended thing on Mojo so seeing these posts is a little disheartening. But yeah I just wanna get on a routine that I can confidently do every day because I’ve been doing kegals for a few months now and now I’m second guessing myself

Think it’s all different for everyone, I’ve just started trying it so can’t give a full answer on if it works or not

There is a lot to this I have studied quite a bit about it. If you already have a tight pelvic floor doing Kegel exercise exercises can make the problem worse and you’ll have an overactive pelvic floor which can actually lead to ed . This happened to me and I had no understanding about what had happened until I randomly stumbled upon a post talking about the same issue. The big thing that helped me more than anything is stretching . Stretching out your core , pelvic area , and grind. This has been huge for me and definitely helped me immensely with my erections.

I’m doing them and DEFINITELY seeing improvements.
More morning wood and getting hard just at the thought of my partner…this wasn’t the case a month ago.

What’s your routine? Do you do this everyday? How many minutes a day? And what exercises?
