Kegel excercise routine

What is the Kegel Routine that worked for you?

I have the feeling it gets worse with that and mainly I have to pee more offen. Maybe I am already to tight? Is that possible?

If youโ€™re feeling a good bit of tightness or discomfort like you need to pee I would suggest you focus just on reverse kegels for a couple of weeks. Then slowly integrate regular kegels in after that.

Iโ€™m bad because I donโ€™t keep up on itโ€ฆ.

20 abdominal stretches ( exhale fully, then hold abs clenched and do a reverse kegal.)

For me, I was far too tight so I do a few sets of 10 of reverse kegels throughout the day (mostly the happy baby ones in morning and night and a few seated sets throughout the workday). Itโ€™s been about four months or so and Iโ€™ve seen a big difference with no more dribbling after urinating. When I first started having ED problems over a year ago, I did far too many kegels and think I made the problem worse.
