How many sets of kegels and reverse kegels are you doing a day?
I’ve slacked off a lot- but I was doing 20, 20 reverse and 20 diaphragm stretches (exhale fully, clench abs, then breathe in deep and hold) morning and night.
I didn’t see any immediate improvement. However I did notice I could hold the kegal much stronger and longer after a week or so… I’m sure it was starting to tone it.
