Wondering if anyone knows how often kegels are recommended? Also how often do you do normal and how often do you do reversed kegels?

Same here, are these meant to be daily exercises? Could Mojo provide a reminder?
I’ve been doing them daily kegels in the morning and reverse kegels in the evening, only been on the app for a few days but that AM PM pattern seems to be working for me. I’m taking it as another other muscle and working it out daily!
Yes I also wasn’t clear on this. Would be good if that was part of the daily tasks
I think the best if you can do it daily. But don’t forget to strech that muscle too (or do the reverse kegel)
It’d be great if they’d put together a regimen…
At night I try to do 2 sets of 10 each:
Kegels
Rev kegels
Diaphragm stretches (breathe way out/clench abs and breathe in deep)
And end with one of the meditations on the explore tab.
I also do 2-5 minutes of box breathing during this as well.
Do them while you drive, or wait in line … honestly it’s the focus of the muscle that you are looking for; and even if you do one every hour. Hold the one kegel for as long as you can and try again next hour.
