How often should I do Kegels?

Dear Mojo team,
I have done all the levels of Kegels and Reverse Kegels but I no longer get exercise recommendations for them. How often should I do kegels and reverse kegels? Everyday on my own? If so, should I increase the number of sets or length of the sets? Also with Kegels which positions should I continue with?

I treat Kegels like a normal workout at the gym. Meaning, you need a recovery day after working a particular muscle group otherwise you don’t recover and get stronger. Hope this helps.

Hey there,

I’m investigating why you aren’t being recommended kegels anymore. In the meantime there’s no harm in doing them daily as long as you aren’t feeling any pain. Do be sure to do the stretches before hand.
