Sorry if this is a popular asked question. I have issues with early climax and am trying to get these kegel exercises down packed. At the moment I do reverse kegels 1 x 10 and kegels 1 x 10 daily. Are there any more optimal ways in exercising the pelvic floor muscles or is this good? Also if anyone has any tips on how to get better at the mind muscle connection with these muscles would be appreciated
I’m doing 20 each am & pm in bed.
Plus 20 deep pelvic floor breaths, 4-5 min of box breathing and a few other things to help my back/glutes.
I only do it in the morning, kegel every day, reverse kegel just 1-2 occasions a week. You can find different way of training your pelvic floor (laying, standing, bridge, squad, plank) to make the exercises harder and train your pelvic floor in more stressed situations.
Have you noticed any improvements?
I have. Not back like I’m 20 again, (53) but noticeable improvement.
My gf is away taking care of mom (hip replacement) so I can’t see her often. I will say last time I was with her we did have sex for 10-15 min (70%hard) so it was slow and easy, We both enjoyed it and I finished her with my hand. She finished me with a handy as well…
A few days later I took a pill and went solo and I think all the work is allowing the V pill to actually work. I was harder than ever.
Gotta work on rolling that into partnered sex. I know it works. Just gotta settle my head….
