Is it just me or did the kegel pelvic floor exercises shorten to just 3 second reps or has it always been like that?
I havenโt seen this on this app yet, but on a YouTube channel I follow about male sexual health, they recommend doing both long (more than 10 seconds) and short and fast (1-2 seconds) squeezes. They say that the pelvic floor muscles have both fast and slow muscle fibers and we have to train both.
Thatโs very interesting can you give the name of that channel or maybe itโs against mojo rules Iโm a day 8 guy so pretty new here
I believe the standard kegels are 10 second contractions x10, while the reverse kegels are 3 seconds x10 x3.
When you do them on mojo it periodically tests how long you can hold for then you do that time x10 contractions. Maybe you only held for 3 seconds by accident on that test round.
Not everyone can manage 10 seconds at the start.
