For those of you who have been doing this for a while and have completed the phases. When youโre doing the pelvic floor exercises, how long do you rest in between squeezes?

I typically rest 3-5 seconds between reps.

Hey - I just noticed that the exercise now suggests a 1-2 second rest between reps

Thank you. I followed a video on YouTube a bit ago and they were doing 10 second rests. But it felt like MoJo wanted just a quick second of rest and go back to the hold.
