Wanting more pelvic floor exercises

I’ve been using the app for probably two weeks now. Thought there would be more exercises, so far the only physical exercises have been the kegel, reverse kegel, and box breath. Are there more exercises introduced eventually to strengthen the pelvic floor?

just my results of working them, but learning to squeeze alittle tighter, up to 10 sets of 10 squeezes for 10 seconds everyday while just thinking about it has already helped me so much. And then Ill mix it up on my own and squeeze and push back and forth.

Not sure not sure what it’s called but- breathe all the way out and suck your belly in. Holding belly in- breathe in deeply and hold it a few secs. It’s supposed to strengthen diaphragm.
