How often should I be performing these exercises? Everyday or every other day?
If you’re new follow the tasks given, if you’ve completed the phases you can do it daily, or as you think you need.
The important thing is to learn to do them correctly. This can take a bit of practice. Take your time, notice sensations. For some them can feel quite tiring and tricky, if this is the case build up slowly, doing them every other day to start with if it feels a lot. Hopefully you will be able to perform them each day, noticing changes and an ability to do them more easily. It is helpful to be able to focus on that part of the body, sending blood there and also learning to relax the muscles in the pelvic floor. : )
