So far I’ve been doing the exercises assigned to me each day, but somethings confuse me:

Some days the app allows me to get two exercises. Other days, I only get one exercise (sometimes a very short one), and then the app says I’ve done enough today and need to take a break. What’s going on?

The Kegels and Reverse Kegels pages say I it’s good to practice these daily to see results, but the app only assigns me these exercises once every 3-4 days. Do I need to manually seek out these exercises every day? This seems a bit counter intuitive to me as if the app really wants me to do them every day, shouldn’t they just show up every day on my assigned exercises?
