Not sure what's the correct way to use this app

So far I’ve been doing the exercises assigned to me each day, but somethings confuse me:

  1. Some days the app allows me to get two exercises. Other days, I only get one exercise (sometimes a very short one), and then the app says I’ve done enough today and need to take a break. What’s going on?

  2. The Kegels and Reverse Kegels pages say I it’s good to practice these daily to see results, but the app only assigns me these exercises once every 3-4 days. Do I need to manually seek out these exercises every day? This seems a bit counter intuitive to me as if the app really wants me to do them every day, shouldn’t they just show up every day on my assigned exercises?

I felt the same way, especially with the Kegels. It would be great to have a reminder and schedule for these in the app

I’ve started my own regimen.
2 sets morning and night or whenever I can fit them in…

2 sets 10 of 10 sec Kegals.
2 sets of reverse kegals.
2 sets of diaphragm stretches- (exhale fully- clench abs- inhale deep and hold.)
4-5 min of Box breathing
*if done at bedtime Ill finish with a meditation from the explore tab on this app.
Seems to be working.

I’ve also seen ads for other sites that push other variations of Kegals and different regimens…
