It feels like the gaps between certain tasks like kegels, meditation, and masturbation are too large. Anyone who has had success with this for PE, how often do you do ‘extra’ tasks and what kinda?

Mojo team - could we please request a suggested ‘training program’. This would sit outside the daily learning task.
Specifically I see kegels mentioned a lot here. The meditation sessions are in the explore tab.

I started a regimen on
My own. Morning and night.
20 Kegals. 20 reverse. 20 diaphragm stretches (exhale-clench abs- inhale deeply & hold). 4-5 min box breathing and at night I’m ending with a meditation from the explore tab.
I’ve seen a modest improvement in erection.

Agree, I think a daily kegel alarm / counter would be very helpful.
