What do you all get up to for daily wellness to improve with erection issues? I’m trying to do the mojo recommended activity + kegels twice a day + meditate more. But curious as to what a healthy routine looks like and ways I can improve it.
I try to do mojo as and when I get time, I must admit I should put more focus into this! Outside of mojo, I’ve started to do 5k runs at least twice a week, then aim to get at least 2 gym sessions in during the week minimum. I aim to drink 1.5L water, have a shot of Beetroot juice in the morning with my supplements.

Is all this making a difference you can say has reason to continue or go with for a period of time?
I understand that different people different stories but there have been so many promises of this helping “the salt trick!!wtf!” And systems costs ££££ etc
Just want some truth
