Doing the daily activity and 3 kegels exercises: kegel 4 points, reverse kegel child pose and reverse kegel happy baby. These are the ones I find more helpful or that I feel more the exercise.
If I remember correctly between 60 and 70% of people improve their erection by doing them after 6 months, of course we are all different so it can be less or more, but keeping going guys.
The kegel exercises should come together with the daily activity, that would help more people that way, I imagine there are people that I ly do the daily activity and no more.
