Your process for lastjng success

To those of you who have found success using mojo. Can you please share how you went about it?

Right now, i am only using this app periodically. I’m wondering if that it enough or if you developed a routine using what u learned. For ex, did you use mojo and incorporate daily breathing, soft penis measuring, kegels, root massaging or a variation of them to build a weekly routine which yielded results?

My routine (morning and bedtime) is 20 kegels, 20 reverse kegels, 20 deep abdomen breaths breaths, 4-5 min of box breathing and I finish at night with a meditation from the explore tab here.
I’ve seen mild results. I’m 6 weeks in. 3 weeks no porn/solo and a week into my routine.
