I’m losing faith in Mojo, guidance please?

I’m considering unsubscribing from Mojo, I just don’t find a 5-10min daily exercise to be helpful for psychological ED. I’d have thought the app would make me at least do daily kegels as well.

Has anyone really been helped by Mojo? I’m trying to figure out what I’m doing wrong, I’m considering unsubscribing, just after guidance and success stories, cheers.

Have you used the Routine feature? You can tell it what you want to focus on and how much time you can spend. Just a thought…

I personally don’t see mojo as a cure. It has defo helped me to understand and plan some coping mechanisms - around timing and expectation

TBH - the biggest boost to our libido is my wife catching up with her ex.

But I have no mojo regrets. Quite insightful

Yes mojo has helped me immensely. I’ve had performance anxiety my entire sex life over 30 years, I’d lose my erection trying to put on the condom or trying to rush it to get in, or not get an erection. Stick with mojo for a few months
